Allows managing multiple tasks simultaneously

1. App: The name of your Script App

2. Task: The name of the task

3. Result: Number of runs

4. Started at: Start date

5. Finished at: End date

6. Duration: Run time

7. Status: Task status (Running, Done, Aborted)

8. Run: Rerun the task
